I worked with a growing service-based business that was struggling to convert inbound interest into consistent revenue. While traffic and enquiries were steady, there was no clear strategy behind positioning, messaging, or customer journey, which led to missed opportunities and inconsistent results. I conducted a full audit of their current marketing, offer structure, and sales process to identify gaps and inefficiencies. From this, I developed a clear strategic direction focused on refining their value proposition, tightening their target audience, and aligning messaging across their website and outbound channels. The strategy included restructuring their core offer, improving how services were packaged and presented, and introducing a more intentional funnel from first touchpoint through to conversion. I also provided recommendations around content direction, lead capture, and follow-up processes to improve conversion rates without increasing ad spend. The result was a more focused and scalable approach to growth, giving the business a clear plan to move forward with confidence and consistency.
